Delete your Niyogprastuti account

You can permanently delete your Niyogprastuti account here, without the app. In the app, the same option is under Profile → Delete account.
What is deleted
Your profile and sign-in account, test history, results and answers, saved questions, notes, flashcards, study plans, streaks and coins, leaderboard entries and question reports. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What is kept
Purchase records (product, order ID, amount and dates — no name or email) are kept as required by tax and accounting law and to handle refunds. See the Privacy Policy.

Email helpdesk@niyogprastuti.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
